Union FC Indy Announces Strategic Partnership with Indy Gladiators of the UPSL Pro Development League
Indianapolis, IN — April 29, 2026 — Union FC is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with the Indy Gladiators, a semi-professional club competing in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) Pro Development League. This collaboration marks a significant step forward in Union FC’s commitment to player development and strengthening the local soccer ecosystem.
The league occupies the 4th tier of the US Soccer pyramid, just below the three professional tiers in the pyramid. With a participant average age of 22.5 years, the UPSL fills and brings structure to the large gap that exists between the youth game and the professional game, serving thousands of aspiring players and coaches as they strive to further their aspirations and fuel their passions.
Through this partnership, Union FC and the Indy Gladiators will work closely to create a clear and competitive pathway for players seeking to advance from youth and amateur levels into the semi-professional ranks. The alliance will focus on shared resources, enhanced training opportunities, and coordinated player progression designed to elevate performance both on and off the field.

The Indy Gladiators, known for their competitive presence in the UPSL Pro Development League, will benefit from increased access to emerging talent and a structured pipeline of players prepared to compete at a higher level.

All home games are played at the Union FC Indy soccer complex on Tom Wood Toyota Field.
