2026-27 Travel Tryouts + Evaluations

Please refer to the table below for player age divisions. US Youth Soccer will return to an age group formation based on August 1 - July 31 beginning with the 2026-27 registration season.

PROGRAMMING HIGHLIGHTS

Futures

• Futures players will participate in 6 game day events in both the fall and spring, called Festival Fridays.
• Training 2 days per week during the fall and spring seasons.
• Training 1 days per week during the winter.
• Team fees include three size 1 soccer balls and a book entitled, "Soccer Starts at Home".

Pathway

• Participates in league play in the Central North Conference League (CNC)
• In general, 8 league games in the fall and 8 league games in the spring.
• Training 2 days per week during the fall and spring seasons.
• Training 1 days per week during the winter.
• 1 tournament in the fall and 1 tournament in the spring. Additionally one 5v5/7v7 Festival in the spring.

Junior Academy

• Participates in league play in the Central North Conference League (CNC)
• In general, 8 league games in the fall and 8 league games in the spring.
• Training 2 days per week during the fall and spring seasons.
• Advanced Technical Performance - Players will have an additional technical-based training session during the Fall and Spring focusing upon individual skills and small-sided situations. This is included in your team fees.
• Training 2 days per week during the winter.
• Team fees cover 3 tournaments

Senior Academy

• Participates in league play in the Indiana Soccer League (ISL).
• In general, there are 8 league games in the fall and 8 league games in the spring.
• Training 3 days per week during the fall and spring seasons.
• Advanced Technical Performance - Players will have an additional technical-based training session during the Fall and Spring focusing upon individual skills and small-sided situations. This is included in your team fees.
• Training 2 days per week during the winter.
• Team fees cover 5 tournaments
• Hour long futsal sessions on Sunday afternoons/evenings in November, December, January, and February at no additional cost to you.

Junior Travel

• These teams compete at the state (ISL) or national level (National League Club Premier 2 - formerly Elite 64 Regional League or E64RL, National League - Great Lakes Premier 1 or 2).
• Training 3 days per week during the fall and spring seasons.
• Training 2 days per week during the winter.
• Team fees cover 5 tournaments
• Junior Travel players have the opportunity to participate in a Friday Night Indoor Soccer League during the months of January and February. Winter Friday Football will be on a pay-to-play basis.

Senior Travel

• These teams compete at the state (ISL) or national level (National League Club Premier 2 - formerly Elite 64 Regional League or E64RL, National League - Great Lakes Premier 1 or 2).
• Training 4 days per week during the spring season.
• Training 2 days per week during the winter.
• Team fees cover 5 tournaments

Additional Training

• Dedicated goalkeeper training is provided throughout the year. This comes at no additional cost to you.
• Every player has access to further their technical skills at home through the use of the Techne Futbol App.
• Foot Skills Training (pay-to-play) offered by Coach Mo El Kaddoumi, Director of Foot Skills Training.
  

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE ATTENDING TRYOUTS AT UNION FC INDY

• Union FC Indy tryouts will be held at Union FC Indy fields: 5616 S. CR 700 E., Whitestown, IN 46077
• New players to Union FC Indy should plan to attend both nights of tryouts to provide staff optimum opportunity for assessment
• Team offers will be given to players on the first and second night of tryouts (as applicable to available roster spots after night one)
• Tryout offers must be accepted by a player by the time stamp given in the offer email or risk losing your place on a specific team
• All players are asked to wear cleats, shin guards, and appropriate soccer apparel. We also encourage players to bring plenty of water.
