OVERVIEW


At Union FC Indy, we’re committed to guiding our players and families through the college recruitment process with confidence and clarity. With 9 years of collegiate coaching experience, Rachel Fulkerson brings firsthand knowledge of the recruitment process, strong coach relationships, and an up to date understanding of the college rulebook to help bridge the gap between club soccer and college opportunities.

🔍 Player Evaluations

  • Individual assessments to help players understand their strengths, opportunities, and realistic college fit.


🗣 Recruiting Seminars

  • In-person and virtual education sessions for players and parents
  • Topics include: NCAA rules, communication timelines, scholarship realities, and more


🤝 Team Meetings

  • Rachel will meet with each high school-aged team during the year to provide group guidance and answer questions


👥 One-on-One Advising

  • Personalized recruiting support tailored to each player’s goals and timeline
  • Resume and video feedback, school list strategy, communication planning


🎓 College ID Camp

  • Hosted by Union FC Indy
  • Designed to give players visibility and direct access to college coaches from a variety of levels (D1, D2, D3, NAIA, JUCO)
